We believe in transparent pricing. There are several ways to fund your sessions.
Ask your GP for a Mental Health Treatment Plan. This provides rebates for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants for psychology services.
Private clients welcome without a referral. We also accept WorkCover and other funded referrals.
Seeing a psychologist for the first time can feel daunting. Here is how it works.
Submit an enquiry or call us. We will ask a few questions to understand your needs and guide you from there.
Medicare clients: visit your GP for a Mental Health Treatment Plan. NDIS participants: have your plan details ready. Private clients: no referral needed.
An assessment and getting-to-know-you session. We discuss your background, current concerns, and goals, then plan a treatment approach together.
Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly. Your psychologist will review progress regularly and adjust the approach as needed.
You do not need a referral to see a psychologist privately. However, to access Medicare rebates under the Better Access initiative, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. NDIS participants need an active plan with relevant funding.
Under the Better Access initiative, eligible individuals can access up to 10 individual therapy sessions and 10 group therapy sessions per calendar year with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from their GP.
We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. As we are not a registered NDIS provider, we are unable to accept NDIA (agency) managed participants. Services include counselling and capacity building.
Your first session is an assessment and getting-to-know-you session. Your psychologist will ask about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. Together, you will set goals and discuss a treatment approach that suits your needs.
Yes. We offer secure telehealth video sessions for clients across Australia. You need a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with a camera and microphone. Telehealth attracts the same fees and Medicare rebates as in-person sessions.
We require 2 clear business days' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations incur 50% of the session fee for Medicare and private clients, or 100% for NDIS participants (claimed from your plan). Full details are in our booking terms and conditions.
