What We Offer

Therapy for adults and adolescents

Kristen Titchener is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with more than ten years of experience. The practice provides individual therapy, drawing on evidence-based approaches matched to what you are working through rather than a single fixed model.

Common reasons people get in touch include anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, grief and loss, difficulties with relationships, and adjustment to significant life changes.

Please note: we work with adults and adolescents, and provide therapy rather than psychological or forensic assessments. If you are looking for an assessment or a service for a younger child, we are happy to point you toward a more suitable provider.

Fees, Medicare and NDIS

  • A Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP allows you to claim a Medicare rebate for eligible sessions.
  • You do not need a referral to book privately.
  • We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We are not able to take agency-managed (NDIA-managed) plans at this stage.
  • Telehealth appointments are available if travel or work hours make attending in person difficult.
